That teeny car is so funny! Is it even legal for him to be on the sidewalk? And what the heck IS it?
No idea - to both questions! I think it's a motorized wheelchair - but it also looks like a scaled-down version of a Smart Car. It was funny to watch people's reactions - especially those at which he beeped!
